To help us all develop practical end-of-life plans, these workshops provide gentle conversations to introduce the process of planning effectively for the future; offer opportunities for reflection; sharing of ideas and experiences; and raising questions.  To date, these sessions have assisted over 75 residents in their planning decisions.
